One date, every year
Open Muninn on any date and it shows that date in every year before, one beneath the other.
The river
Opened on 12 September, Muninn shows 12 September of every year it can find: the photos you took (on device), the weather that day (anonymous OpenMeto look up), the trains you rode (Träwelling), where you checked in (Swarm), what was in your calendar (on device) and what you wrote (in Muninn). Each year is one stretch of the river. Any other date works the same way.

A single day
Tap a year to open that day: its photos at full size, your entry, the people and tags in it, and everything the sources found.

This date on a map
The Map button on the river shows today’s date across all your years, one colour per year. Tap a cluster to zoom in, and a pin to open its day.
What else happened
Muninn can also show what else the world got up to on that date, from Wikipedia’s “On this day”. It receives only the month and the day, never the year. Switch it off in Settings → Sources → World history.
